Patrick Fogarty
Patrick graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Law/Arts (Hons). He is currently involved in our practice areas of property, commercial, litigation, and estate planning under the guidance of the firm’s highly experienced senior members.
He has nurtured an interest in public policy from his studies into his career and is developing a particular interest in policy reform, especially the impacts it may have in relation to corporate governance, conveyancing, and the charity sector.
Growing up in the Darling Downs, he has an appreciation of rural industries which has assisted in the advocacy work for our clients in the rural sector. He is especially keen to advance his experience in commercial and residential disputes in this space.
In his time off from the law, Patrick plays competitive tennis and is a passionate Broncos fan.
